Tinca al Forno con Polenta

The tench (Tinca tinca) is a fresh water fish that lives in almost every lake in Europe, including Lake Iseo. The tench is most often found in still waters with a clay or muddy substrate and abundant vegetation. Its width is up to 35-40 cm and it can weigh up to 5 kg.
