Like every year, during the third week of July OTC (association of Clusane's touristic operators) are organizing this event. From 15th to 21th July 2019 you can eat this dish at 23€ per person (the menu includes tench, dessert, coffee, water and 1/2 bottle of wine).

Many events are organized in Clusane, like concerts, cabaret spettacles and fireworks.
